Karen Personal
Outside of the office (or kitchen) Karen’s passions include film, upbeat music, personal and spiritual development, swimming, running, yoga, weights, reading enlightened tomes (as well as the odd bit of trashy fiction), writing, singing very loudly (alone, thank goodness!), dancing all night, sunshine, nature, fireside conversations, meeting new people and international travel.
Devoted mum to Luke, 5, Karen is also passionate about parenting and all issues surrounding bringing up happy healthy and enlightened kids. To this end she’s no stranger to swings, slides, see-saws, sizeable fruit salads, yellow smoothies and sandpits!
