We are delighted to announce that we are the official hosts for the legendary raw food luminaries, Cherie Soria and Dan Ladermann, Directors of Living Light International and authors of Raw Food for Dummies, as they stop off in London on their international Raw Rocks Tour Series.
“Raw Food for Smart Busy People” is taking place in central London on the evening of Thursday 19th September 2013, and will include an hour long talk, culinary demo and tasting, plus questions and book signing from 7pm-9pm. You’ll also have additional time between 9pm and 10pm to socialise with like-minded people, to browse or buy food and books, to meet Cherie and Dan, and also Karen Knowler and The Raw Food Coach team who will be hosting the event.
During this one-time-only-in-the-UK event you’ll find out why raw foods help you to:

ABOUT CHERIE SORIA
Raw food revolutionary Cherie Soria is founder and director of Living Light Culinary Institute, and has been teaching the art of gourmet raw foods to individuals, chefs and instructors for more than 20 years and vegetarian culinary arts for 40 years. Cherie has personally trained many of the world’s top raw food chefs and instructors and is often referred to as the “Mother of Gourmet Raw Vegan Cuisine”. She is author of four books, including Raw Food Revolution Diet and Raw Food for Dummies.
ABOUT DAN LADERMANN
Dan Ladermann was a pioneer in the internet revolution in the late 70s and has been pioneering the raw food revolution and its impact on health for the past 15 years. He is co-author of Raw Food for Dummies and co-director of Living Light International. Dan is also president of the Institute for Vibrant Living, a non-profit organization dedicated to global education about raw organic plant-strong foods and their role in health and vitality. Dan is also a certified Hippocrates Health Educator.
