Karen Knowler is the UK’s most sought-after raw food expert with over 14 years of raw food know-how
Dubbed by Tatler magazine as the "Trinny and Susannah" of the Kitchen
“The raw-food diet has already swept through New York and California, and now there are signs that it's taking root here. Business is booming for raw-food coach Karen Knowler, who makes no-nonsense Trinny and Susannah-style home visits to purge kitchens of junk food and restock them with salady superfoods and the army of juicers, blenders and food processors needed to make her detoxifying recipes.” – Tatler
